Fluid Mechanics
It is a branch of study that covers the mechanics of the fluid and the forces that act upon them. It also helps us to observe fluid behavior at different atmospheric conditions, and to select the proper fluid for various applications. The simplest example would be in choosing the perfect fluid for a manometer. It can be divided into two: fluid statics, the study of fluids at rest, and fluid dynamics, the study of the effect of forces on fluid motion.
